Zaima Warsani’s journey at Arrak Consulting is a testament to growth driven by dedication, adaptability, and trust. Beginning her career with Arrak as an HR Executive, she steadily progressed through key roles by taking ownership, learning across functions, and consistently delivering with integrity.

Today, as Assistant Director for Pakistan Operations, Zaima supports organizational leadership across people operations, internal systems, and operational coordination. Her ability to bridge strategy with execution makes her a vital contributor to Arrak’s day-to-day effectiveness and long-term direction.
